I think we just found our favorite new sushi place. This is not your average sushi, it is definitely a fusion joint, and so good. Each roll was full of flavor, tasted great, and took us out of our comfort zone. The jalapeño poppers weren’t too spicy and had a great balance. The plantain roll appetizer is terrific- sweet and savory making it the perfect start. Overall, exciting flavors that will leave you wanting more. The owner had great suggestions of items to try and was incredibly kind. Definitely go check this place out!

We eat sushi a lot, and this place has unique rolls and delicious options. We loved the sushi pizza and the Vegas roll cooked in panko. Great service, fast preparation- we will be back for sure with our friends!

Vengo de la Ciudad de México y vine con una amiga a Salta Lake City y me encantó el lugar, la comida que es una fusión asiatica y tropical. El lugar es súper agradable y la atención ni se diga. Aparte hablan idioma español y eso fue genial. Yo lo recomiendo para venir. Me encantó a la vuelta regreso a este lugar.

An amazing sushi spot!! All the rolls were so original and delicious! Every single one I got was uniquely its own! And the presentation and plateing was perfect! It felt like such a premium dining experience. The only thing that I would knock against this place is that there is not nearly enough seating for how good it is. I would absolutely recommend getting a reservation. I'd also recommend the BEEKON roll! It was delicious!

Service is great and the food is amazing but i got a feedback that might help for future visits. Yesterday i ordered 2 ramens to go and the broth was already poured into the noodles and by the time i got home the noodles sucked all the broth:( i would suggest placing the broth in a separate container to avoid this issue. Just a constructive feedback on that part of the Biz… Thanks for the great food tho

The fussion sushi is amazing, the plantains on sushi rolls are wonderful. The shrimp roll with fried shrimp on the top is out of this world. The Godzilla roll with kani salad on top is just wow. They were slammed and still managed to make everyone feel important. The owners were the best.

El Sushi es otro NIVEL, no puedes morir sin antes ir y probar el SUSHI de este lugar y el mismo dueño te atiende y se esfuerza para que recibas el mejor trato!! lo unico que agregaria es que con la fama que estan ganado deberia conseguir un local un poco mas grande!! Si vas con un grupo grade recomiendo Reservar!!

This is by far the best sushi I have ever had! Every time I go I discover a new favorite dish. My current favorites are the tropical rolls, the Vegas roll, and the mountain roll. And don’t forget the spring rolls for an appetizer—they’re amazing!

We're not normally in this part of town but sooo glad we decided to stop and eat. This food was incredible. They had such unique rolls and my kids loved everything. The service was top notch. We will be back!

Went here for a birthday dinner on the recommendation of a friend. Wow! Did not disappoint!! Beautiful dishes and presentation. Fresh food that was full of flavor! Also-so reasonably priced given the quality. As others said, space is very limited in the restaurant but we didn’t have to wait at all. I expect to visit many more times in the future.

It’s a burning question: does Colombian cooking mix with Japanese sushi? Arigato Sushi has the answer and it is a resounding yes. It is a fantastic mix of flavors and well worth a visit. This is a small place with friendly service, with pride of ownership on display. The menu is big and teases your taste buds with the descriptions. We decided to go with the antojitos as a starter and man, what a solid decision. It’s a plantain-laden bit of heaven. I could eat this all day long. For my main, I ordered the “tentacion” (temptation in English) roll. If I’m sinning by falling to this “temptation,” then, Satan, here I come. Crispy shrimp, cucumber, avocado, Brie and sweet plantains (yes, I said what said - plantains and this is a glorious combination with the traditional sushi components). This is absolutely delicious. While your sushi is prepped, they branch out a complimentary gyoza in miso soup. Warming and comforting. These guys take so much pride in what they are doing. Nice, nice folks. If you’re wanting sushi, Arigato is the way to go.

Don't pass up this wonderful restaurant. This is a restaurant with intimate seating. Be prepared to call ahead if you have a larger group. I don't know where to begin with how amazing the food was. The rice of the sushi rolls was cooked to perfection. The variety of rolls offered was amazing. Their menu comes with basically a picture book, so it helps those of us that are visually stimulated. I had the spring water was delicious and not terribly sweet. I absolutely love the South American influence on sushi. I truly believe that fusion is something from Jesus himself. I believe it was the owner that served us, and he was very polite and attentive. He also gave us complimentary appetizers which were delicious. I can't wait to go back and share this place with my friends.
